As founder of the French wine and dining concept Champagne+Fromage, which has successfully operated in England for more than fifteen years, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the UK’s distribution channels, consumer trends and key industry players. She maintains a strong and active network of on-trade and off-trade buyers, independent merchants and hospitality professionals.
In recognition of her contribution to promoting French wines in the United Kingdom, she was awarded the title of Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole in 2022.
Her expertise in wine tasting, selection and event organisation enables her to support wineries with a practical, quality-driven approach, from portfolio development to professional tastings and trade events.

Clémence has been working in the wine industry for over fifteen years, specialising in export development and international representation for independent wineries.
She regularly represents producers at major international trade fairs including Prowein, Wine Paris and Vinexpo across Europe and Asia, where she develops importer networks and creates long-term commercial opportunities.
Through extensive international travel and hands-on market experience, she has gained strong knowledge of Asian and South American markets, as well as a deep understanding of global wine trade dynamics.
Her approach combines strategic thinking, commercial efficiency and a strong focus on delivering tangible business results for the producers she represents.
